Who is behind my signature hair look / Kto jest twórcą mojej fryzury

I think it's about time to give this person a big fat mention. Not only he is the most amazing hairdresser in my opinion, he is also my friend. 

Did you ever feel stressed about your next hair appointment? Or felt anxious about the fact that you need to find a new hairdresser, because the previous one did a really bad job? Well I am free from those thoughts for five years now - this is when I met Lukasz Szejka.

As a kid I was such a tomboy and obviously loved very short hair - and I mean pixie style hair. As a teenager I was curling my hair and shoulder length suit that the most. Only in my twenties I started growing and waving it, what sticked with me up until now. 

When I moved to Bristol my very first hair experience was pretty traumatic. The cut wasn't bad, but the colour totally not for me. That prompt me to find someone who wasn't afraid to take the challenge and fix my hair.

The LSS studio is in Paintworks. There is few key things you will find there - Mishi May designs, collection of coffee table books and magazines, Kevin Murphy hair products, Oway hair products, Womble the border terier, szkloki - local polish sweets, the famous vintage wardrobe, that I want to steal, chilled ambiance, art displays, coffee or tea pot in bristolian Stokes Croft China mug, massaging chairs.

If you know me, you should know Kevin Murphy, the brand I have been using for a while, here is a post about it. What is new in the studio are the Oway hair products. What this italian brand represent are:

I am not sure how he does it, but whoever saw Lukasz on my recommendation, stayed with him. He is someone you look forward to see, not only because your hair need it. Relaxed, full of creative mind, satisfied and pretty happy this what I feel like leaving the studio every single time.

Myślę, że nadszedł czas na poświęcenie wpisu Łukaszowi Szejka. Nie tylko jest on najlepszym fryzjerem jakiego znam, ale jest też moim przyjacielem.

Czy stresują Was wizyty u fryzjera? Czy boli Was głowa na myśl o szukaniu nowego fachowca, bo poprzedni zrobił fatalna robotę? Ja z pewnością jestem wolna od tych myśli jakieś dobre pięć lat, wtedy poznałam Łukasza.

Jako dziecko byłam chłopaczarą, wiec lubiłam fryzurę "na chłopaka" oczywiście. Jako nastolatka kręciłam włosy, a długość do ramion najlepiej temu służyła. Dopiero jako dwudziestolatka zaczęłam zapuszczać i falować włosy, co robię do tej pory.

Kiedy przeprowadziłam się do Bristolu, moje pierwsze fryzjerskie doświadczenie było dość traumatyczne. Cięcie było nie najgorsze, ale kolor zupełnie nie mój. To spowodowało, że musiałam znaleźć kogoś, kto podejmie wyzwanie i naprawi pomyłki poprzedników. 

Studio Łukasza jest w Paintworks. Jest on osobą, z którą chcesz się spotkać nie tylko dlatego, że potrzebują tego Twoje włosy. Zrelaksowana, z głową pełną pomysłów, usatysfakcjonowana i bardzo szczęśliwa, w takim nastroju zawsze opuszczam jego studio.
