Style in the City fashion event for St Peter's Hospice Sunday 22nd April 2018 at Bristol Harbour Hotel.
Originally the event was set for March, but we got snow storm in Bristol, that was named "Beast from the East". The city was completely cut off for couple of days, but at the same time people had so much fun as it's not that often when south of England get snow at all.
This time I was contacted by Lucy (Style in the City) and there was no concern whatsoever that I was taking part.
As I mentioned before, Style in the City is a trio of Bristolian stylists that organise events together. Bristol Style Collective is a group of many talented individuals with Łukasz Szejka on top that support events like this one with hair and makeup.

St Peter's Hospice is a local charity caring for adults with life-limiting illnesses. The aim of the charity is to improve the quality of living and dying while extending care and support to their families and loved ones.
Bristol Style Collective introduced new products range to their salon- Kevin Murphy. They approach hair products using the same philosophy as skincare, choosing every single ingredient according to the highest standards of performance, strenght and longevity. I was sold, when Łukasz told me about them some time ago, while I was searching for sulfate free hair products.

Because it was 40th anniversary of St Peter's Hospice this year there was a lot of hype around this event. Obviously the aim of the show was to collect as much money as possible. Everyone who attended, people from fashion and creative industry, press and journalists and all of us involved were there to achieve this goal.

22 kwietnia 2018 Style in the City dla St Peter's Hospice w Bristol Harbour Hotelu.
Początkowo impreza była zaplanowana na marzec. Niestety w Bristolu spadł śnieg, a że zdarza się to raz na około pięć lat, nie potrafią sobie z tym radzić. Nawet mi nie udało się dotrzeć tego dnia do pracy. Z jednej strony Bristol był kompletnie odcięty od świata, a z drugiej wszyscy szaleli w śniegu, ponieważ dla niektórych był to pierwszy raz kiedy go widzieli.
Tym razem odezwała się do mnie Lucy ze Style in the City, czy mogłabym wziąć udział w imprezie. Nie miałam żadnych wątpliwości, zgodziłam się od razu!

St Peter's Hospice to lokalna fundacja która opiekuje się ciężko chorymi oraz ich rodzinami. Jej celem jest poprawa jakości ich ostatnich chwil życia i opieka nad ich najbliższymi.
Show było zorganizowane w stylu "catwalk" w Bristol Harbour Hotel, żeby zaprezentować ciuchy ze sklepów SPH, które były dostępne do kupienia zaraz potem.

Łukasz Szejka (BSC) zaprezentował nową linię kosmetyków do włosów- Kevin Murphy, dostępną w jego salonie. Są to naturalne kosmetyki z piękną filozofią. Zakochałam się w tych kosmetykach kiedy Łukasz powiedział mi o nich po raz pierwszy, zwłaszcza, że nie zawierają siarczanu (sulfate) - szkodliwego związku chemicznego.
