My September Purchases

If you haven't seen my previous blog post you can read it here, but to quickly explain, I am about to make a little reflection of purchases I made in August.

I am huge fashion enthusiast and someone who make my life all about it - I treat myself to fashion and beauty pieces nearly every month and because I am trying to be better shopper I decided that in 2021 I will journal my choices. Hopefully this will come useful to you. It is definitely useful to me :)

September comes late, because I went on shopping spree and spent two months worth of budget :) However this should be fun, because there is a lot to show.

Autumn/winter pieces are more expensive, so it's much easier to spend and run out of pocket fast. The internet is flooded with new stuff, so it's also easy to get overwhelmed, not knowing what is best for us and wanting to have it all.

When it comes to fashion trends I pick those that suit my personal style and go with what I already have in my wardrobe, so I can enjoy it longer.

So here are my picks for the new season.

ARKET

Loving my blazer I got in July I followed up and got two more. I know it's pretty crazy, but I was able to fetch two other colours in my size, so I went for it. There is something about those blazers, that I really love. They are edgy but feminine at the same time. I know that having camel, beige and green I will go a long way with them.

ISABEL MARANT

I also invested in another designer belt, that I found on Vitkac website. I am huge belt wearer and getting some previously in black and white I knew there will be time I will need tan. The tan colour belt is something I wear a lot, so it was no brainer I will invest in something some time soon. I went with Isabel Marant long tan belt, that I can wrap around and tie giving any look a bit more texture and interest. The below is in black ans tan is sold out.

MASSIMO DUTTI

While popping into TK Maxx one day I spotted some Massimo Dutti pieces in bargain prices. I got this pretty midi dress in burgundy, the colour I love but don't have enough in my wardrobe. I also found some suede tan sliders which I thought they were too good of a bargain not to get for summer time.

LIGHTHOUSE CLOTHING

As soon it's got darker and colder I knew I needed to get myself proper rain coat to be able to walk Gustav. We usually come back from our walks full of mud and dirt, I still need to carry him, so I needed something warm, waterproof and durable. Found it all in the Lighthouse coat.

M&S

I had a great opportunity to shop M&S autumn edit before opening hours. It was amazing experience, and even tough M&S is very classic, I thought the current collection is as good and trendy as other high street stores. If it wasn't for the event I wouldn't find the most perfect shacket that I wanted since they became a thing, but I couldn't find what I liked. This one is gorgeous, beige, with belt, very cosy and feminine.

ZARA

Ss per usual I found few things in Zara that I added to my wardrobe. I got some basics like black leggings, which I cannot stop wearing, couple of crop tops to go with the leggings, chunky gold/white necklace, boots and a lovely coord set.

HM

And lastly the H&M - my latest underdog. You can find such an amazing pieces in H&M, however they go so fast. I am not sure if this is their strategy recently, but it super annoying that it's hard to get your hands on something, that disappears in few minutes. Luckily I was quick and manage to get raincoat, this time a bit more stylish and not necessarily for dog walks.

Black simple shirt that was missing from my wardrobe. I also went with dark brown shirt that came with matching skirt. I am very into coords, and I am super happy I manage to get two this time round. And the last thing was this quilted green coat. I love it so so much, it's so extra and I think it was gone in few minute (however I can see it back in). Somehow I was browsing the website when it  became available and I didn't think twice, got it straight away.

And that is all my Friends! Let me know if you found it useful? I did, so I will keep this journal if not for you, definitely for me.

See ya next time!
